Our Event Consulting and Staffing Package includes both pre-event strategic consultations and substantial on-site support for your event. 

This package includes:
  • Personalized guidance and expert strategic support that will enable you to build a successful fundraising event in a joyful, efficient, community-enhancing, and institutionally-sustainable way;
  • Four pre-event consultations focused on maximizing your revenue and streamlining your processes, plus a site visit and additional logistical coordination, as needed;
  • Robust on-site staffing that includes an Event Manager and at least seven Event Team Members (additional staff may be added for an additional fee depending on the size of your event); all of whom participate in annual training exercises, work with C2Auctions at multiple events, and exemplify professionalism in appearance, experience, and attitude;
  • Independent management of registration, silent auction closing and staging for item distribution, Live Auction and Fund-a-Need clerking, and auction checkout; and
  • Primary operator services for your auction management software during your event and all required hardware to operate on site, as needed (i.e. computers, iPads, credit card swipers, and WiFi hotspots)

Event Consulting and Staffing

This package includes:
• One dedicated Auction Item Database Manager providing comprehensive services in the months leading up to your event;
• Complete item data management from the point of commitment forward, including interfacing with auction item donors for additional details, as necessary;
• Succinct and appealing copy writing to ensure accurate representation of item details, restrictions, and donor contact information;
• Sourcing of appealing photographs for auction packages;
• Creation of multi-item packages, and sequencing in advance of auction launch;
• Preparation of auction bidding site for public viewing and launch;
• Creation of item display placards file for printing, if applicable; and
• Physical auction item inventory, labeling, tagging, and creation of winning bidder certificates, as applicable (on-site auction item setup is not included)

Our Auction Item Data Management Package includes a dedicated database manager providing comprehensive services in advance of your event.

Auction Item Data Management

Our Guestlist Data Management Package includes a dedicated database manager providing comprehensive guestlist services in advance of your event.

This package includes:
  • One dedicated Guestlist Database Manager providing comprehensive services in the weeks leading up to your event;
  • Interfacing with sponsors to collect their guests’ names and contact information and updating your attendee database accordingly;
  • Entering table assignments into event-day software, as applicable;
  • Serving as the primary point of contact for guestlist changes as your event approaches;
  • Serving as Solutions Manger at registration on your event date (D.C.-area events only)

Investment: $6,000 to $15,000+ (Depending on Event Size)
