This package includes:
• One dedicated Auction Item Database Manager providing comprehensive services in the months leading up to your event;
• Complete item data management from the point of commitment forward, including interfacing with auction item donors for additional details, as necessary;
• Succinct and appealing copy writing to ensure accurate representation of item details, restrictions, and donor contact information;
• Sourcing of appealing photographs for auction packages;
• Creation of multi-item packages, and sequencing in advance of auction launch;
• Preparation of auction bidding site for public viewing and launch;
• Creation of item display placards file for printing, if applicable; and
• Physical auction item inventory, labeling, tagging, and creation of winning bidder certificates, as applicable (on-site auction item setup is not included)
